Arthur is the fluffiest puppy who is a plushcoat like his papa - he is all black except for an adorable patch of white fluff on his chest. This pup has been the most laid-back of the litter - perfectly content to be held and snuggled for long periods of time, but also happy to play tug-of-war when the situation arises. He loves being around people and is great with small children. Arthur will make a wonderful companion and family pet for someone. He is going to be a true man's-best-friend type. We are willing to deliver him if local, and potentially willing to meet halfway depending on location.
