Blue is 1 of our special needs dogs at the PSPCA. She is deaf, so she needs a very gentle, confident handler who can be patient with her in order to teach her obedience commands. Blue has been returned several times because having a deaf dog is quite some work and her previous adopters were not able to give her the time and care that she needs, She has stunning eyes as you can see from her photos and she enjoys modeling! It would be best if Blue did not live with cats or little children, but dogs may be okay upon a meet and greet. Come down if you think you can give this lovely lady a new shot at life!
