Meet Candy, 6 years old Chihuahua, Short Coat

Candy is a extra lovable (no pun intended) dog. She is calm, as befits her mature status, and very affectionate. Candy loves to be petted and is more than happy to sit on your lap whenever it's available. She walks really nicely on the leash and loves checking out the world on walks. Candy also loves treats, but since she is carrying a couple of extra pounds on her small frame, a few extra walks and a few less treats would be beneficial for her. Probably the best home for Candy would be a calm household of adults and maybe older teens. This sensitive, calm lady might not be happy with lively small children around. However, she is so friendly that she should do fine with another canine companion.If you have room in your heart and life for a loving, best friend, Candy might be the 1 for you.
