King is a member of our Special Adoptables Program - please email XXXX@cahs-pets.org to arrange to meet him. His previous family was no longer able to care for him, so he came to CAHS to find a family to love and care for him forever. King's name is truly perfect for him, because he is royally sweet and adorable! His attractive face and shining, adoring eyes say it all - he is an incredibly happy, loving, affectionate people pleaser whose greatest joy in life is knowing that he's done something to make his volunteer friends happy! King has so many cute traits: he is a cuddle bug who loves to be caressed; a play boy who adores playing tug and entertaining himself with tough chew toys like Nylabones; and an awesome, extremely responsive student who loves to learn new things! He responds beautifully to "sit," he is doing a fabulous job firming up his "heel," "come," and "down," and he is also learning to "stay," "touch," and "leave it!" King seems to be housetrained and he is very well-behaved in his kennel. He enjoys making new canine friends, and he has been friendly and playful with all the other dogs he's encountered at the shelter. Sweet King was born to give and receive love, and he is eagerly awaiting a fabulous family in which he can do so forever - he is hoping it is yours!
