I'm Oscar, the Basset Hound! I came to HALO because my owners could no longer take care of me. I'm a very shy boy who is going to need time to open up and show you my true personality. I like other dogs although hyper dogs scare me. I have not been around cats so if you have 1 I will ne to be introduced slowly. I can be an escape artist so you will need to keep an eye on me around open doors and gates. My adoption charge includes my neuter, micro chip, vaccines and preventative dewormer.
