Tommy is a 8 1/two year old intact male miniature schnauzer. He has been my breeding male for many years and has produced many lovely pups for us at Kennyacres. But, he is now getting older and is ready to retire to a life of being a pampered pet. He deserves to be with a family who will love him for who and what he is. We are looking for a local family to adopt Tommy and we are located in central Nebraska. At this time, as I said, he is intact (not neutered) but for the $150 adoption charge he will get neutered before he leaves here. He is registered but since we are looking for a pet home for Tommy he will NOT go to his new home with his certification documents. I would prefer not to ship him as it will be expensive and it would be hard on him. Plus I want to be close enough that if the new home doesn't work out it will be easy to get him back. He has lived in a kennel setting so some potty re-training may be necessary to live in the house. He is well behaved, calm, friendly, and is used to being handled and groomed. I would not recommend a home with another male dog though. After all, he is a stud and a schnauzer and doesn't care for other males. If you are interested in giving this nice boy a retirement home to live out the rest of his days please contact me at XXXX@xxxx.xxx text or call at xxx-xxx-xxxx Thanks.
