Our little stoic Chihuahua mix girl is a pretty princess who is called Lil Missy. This puppy and her momma were one of those very lucky rescued dogs that you know had God's hand on them. Back on April 4th, a young woman was driving into town in rural Tennessee, when she saw a little head peek up from a ditch as her car went by right there at a cow pasture and field. This woman made a snap decision to turn around and go back to investigate who this little dog was . When she pulled over and walked toward the tiny 10 pound dog, she noticed that she was pregnant. This momma girl jumped up and ran over to her with a thankful smile on her face and a willing heart to go with this strange woman. This very pregnant momma dog was so happy to have someone stop for her. She knew she needed help from someone. The kind rescue woman took her to the vet and an X-ray was done to see how far along she was and how many babies. There were 5 puppies, but little did anyone know that this momma was going to have those babies the next morning at 2AM. What a miracle that she could have her babies in the safety and care of a loving home and smart rescue woman. So since April 5th this momma named Annie and her 5 puppies have grown and thrived and found happiness in the arms of a foster mom who loves them all. And Momma Annie, has a home right there with her rescuer. Now it is time for Evie and two other siblings to find a home. As of 6/30 Mighty Missy is 7 pounds and she is the healthiest and happiest little girl ever. Missy is always up for adventure and she has the more dominant personality that makes her the leader. She is also the ringleader for mischief and dare. Everyone of the sisters follow Missy. She is super confident and friendly with the people she meets. When you are coming in from the day, she is the first one to greet you at the door. Plenty of energy, she would really benefit from a fenced area to play in. Other dogs would be great and she is trying hard right now to get the cat to be her friend. She is not a fan of the crate or containment and definitely has some mountain goat in her DNA when it comes to climbing out of the puppy pen. Missy is a smart little cookie who might be a 15-20 pound girl when she grows up. And Oh....she loves to play wrestle with her momma Annie. Ringleader Missy is ready now!!!
