**REQUIRES SECURED PHYSICAL FENCED IN YARD** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE!Hey there! My name is Piper. I am believed to be a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise mix, approx 9 yrs old. I came from this place called an ""Amish Mill?"" I honestly have no idea what that means but I'm not locked in a cage making babies all the time anymore. And man I tell ya! It feels amazing to be able to run about and stretch my legs and whole body out in these cushiony things my foster mom calls beds! They are SO nice for my ""old"" bones!I am an “old lady” through and through. I do like to play occasionally with other dogs 🐶 really could care less about cats 🐱 though. Kids. Not unless they are older and know to respect my ""safe space."" Young kids, they stress me out way too much! I am very shy at first when meeting new people. My foster mom has shown me that humans touch isn't all that bad (I wasn't really volunteering to learn it). She gives these great massages every night now that I sleep in her bed with her! And she makes me be held and pet during the day. I love it, but I can't let her know that 😉 I am up to date on vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative and now spayed. I do require a fenced in yard as I am considered a ""flight risk"" because I am still fearful of new people, loud noises and things that go ""boo"" in the night. My adoption fee is $250.
