Kelly is a 3 years old female rat terrier. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.Kelly originally came from California. Her owner was a homeless. She was sent to a shelter later and then was transferred to Ohio. Kelly is very skittish. We were told that she didn't like men. It takes some time for her to warm up. Once she trusts you, she is very sweet and love to cuddle with you. She gives lots of kisses. Considering her skittish personality, we don't recommend a home with young kids. Kelly is good with dogs but not cats.Kelly's adoption fee is $250. Submit the adoption application at http://www.charliesiwshanimalrescue.org/adoption.html. We have to have your application to schedule a meet and greed. (no exception.)
