This little girl is 40 pounds of itty bitty pittie. She's very sweet and smart. In addition, she's an excellent watchdog. She was rescued from a hoarder. When I first got her, she would just stand in one place and shake. If I wanted her to do anything, for example go in the house, I'd have to put a leash on her and lead her in. Any noise sent her into a long round of fierce barking. Fast forward 1.5 years to today (Yes I've been fostering her 1.5 years) and we have a completely different dog. She's calm and relaxed. Barks appropriately. She needs "a minute" and then she will engage with a stranger. She plays beautifully with my husky. She would be perfect for the dog park. An ideal adopter would be an active senior. Wonder girl prefers seniors, preferably a person who has a dog to be a companion for Wonder girl. Another dog is a must.
