If shy and sweet is your jam, I am playing your tune! My name is Zola, and I'm a 35-40 pound border collie mix who is looking for a pack that will help me blossom into the special girl I was destined to be. I'm about a year old, and I'm already house trained. I am quiet and so sweet, I will let children lead me on a leash. I am gentle with cats and completely uninterested in guinea pigs. Mostly, I'm just interested in getting snuggles form humans! I love to sit by the fire and give and collect snuggles. I can startle easily, but some of that is that I've had a bit of a rough start to life. I was bullied by other dogs at the shelter, according to volunteers, and so I need a bit of patience and training to help me gain confidence. I'd love to live with a confident, loving pup who could show me how to be an even better canine companion. If you're looking for a loving pup who would love to learn about all the great stuff life has to offer, I may be your dream girl! Zola is a generally timid and shy girl who is soft and sweet with everyone she meets! She is excellent with all pets and people and is looking for a patient home to help her build her confidence and learn about how great the world around her is.
