I’m a senior looking for a cozy home of my own. Things weren’t always cozy for me. In fact, not too long ago, I was lying in a river bed, broken pelvis, full of buck shot, and left alone. Luckily, some kind people helped me out, and I eventually found my now foster mom. I move slow. But, I’m living the good life now, and I’m healing up. I do have some needs: pain meds twice a day (usually in a peanut butter sandwich with the rest of my meal), a soft bed on the ground, and little to no stairs. I may need helping standing at times, as well. I love my yard time, but, I usually do a couple laps and take a nap before I venture out again. I’m pretty easy that way… Slow walks…but, not too far… I don’t mind being brushed, and I love some solid head scruffs and gentle cuddles. I will say I’m not super fond of cars. Ultimately, I really want a companion to treat me right while I rewrite my final chapters. Do you think you might be my perfect home to do so? If so, I might be the sweet guy you’ve been looking for.
