September is a 50 lb pit bull mix who thinks he's a lap dog. He is a super affectionate dog that love giving kisses, hugs and snuggling up. Other than being with people he loves his squeaky chew toys. He is fully house trained and knows the following commands: Sit Down Leave it Kennel More to come! He is an overall very friendly to people and would make a good family dog. His energy may be overwhelming to other dogs so he would do best in a household with no cats or small dogs. He was recently diagnosed with an enlarged heart condition so short walks are best for him. He is also heartworm positive, but he is receiving treatment that is covered by OPA. This guy has been through a lot, but it is not keeping his spirits down. Please give him a chance to be your most loyal companion!
