Lenny is an awesome 1-1/2 year old male American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix who was found on State Route 26 in Washington County Ohio on November 2, 2023 along with his companion Louie (a small Blue Heeler/Terrier mix). Lenny & Louie were given a ride to HSOV by the Good Samaritan who discovered them taking a walk by themselves with no owner in sight. Neither of the boys were wearing a collar nor were they microchipped. Lenny has a black short smooth coat with a large white bib on his chest, a long tail, and a beautiful face with dark brown eyes, a black button nose, a splash of white on his muzzle, and large floppy ears. Both Lenny & Louie have super friendly dispositions and outgoing personalities. Thanks to HSOV Kennel Tech Cadince Bibbee for spending time with them for outdoor photos on November 3rd and giving them the attention that they wanted and loved so much. Lenny weighs 47.8 lbs and walks fairly well on a leash. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Lenny & Louie will be held for three days so that their family/families may reclaim them with proof of ownership.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Lenny, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
