Roscoe is a cute 11-month old male Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix who was surrendered by his tearful family on December 7, 2023 along with his brother (Ranger) because they were no longer in a position to take care of them. They loved Roscoe and Ranger very much and hoped that we might find them another loving home. Roscoe has a black-and-tan longhaired coat, a long fluffy tail, and a beautiful face with tan eyebrows, black shading on his muzzle, and short floppy ears which are fringed in wavy curls. Roscoe's left eye is blue, and his right eye is brown. His previous owner told us that Roscoe and Ranger are good with children and also good with other dogs. They are 'almost' housetrained. Roscoe and his brother Ranger have sweet dispositions and loved attention when HSOV Lead Canine Kennel Tech Jared Nash and HSOV Volunteer Jennie Payton Sherrard teamed up to take Roscoe and Ranger outdoors for their photo session on December 8th. These brothers are very bonded with each other and didn't want to leave their room without the other being nearby. Roscoe weighs 58 lbs. Roscoe and Ranger will be neutered before being adopted by their new family (a requirement for HSOV adoptions to be finalized).
