Hi there, my name is Seamus! I am a 3-year-old beagle who is ready to find my forever family. I first came to Kindness Ranch earlier this year. I am known to my caretakers as a shy boy but once I learn to trust my people, I come out of my shell. In fact, once that trust is built, I love to go on walks with my human. So, if you are a patient human who enjoys the occasional stroll, please continue reading!My ideal home would include a large yard that I can run around in as it is one of my absolute favorite things to do at the sanctuary. I also hope that I end up in a home with a lot of toys to play with, another one of my favorite hobbies! Personally, I believe there is no such thing as too many toys! Due to my shy nature, I would do best in a home without young children. I also would prefer to be the only dog in my forever home, as I tend to play rough with other dogs and I absolutely prefer to not share my toys or my food. I mean really, who wants to share their food? The sanctuary has been an awesome place to play and do all things beagle-y that I love to do, but I am beyond ready to leave the other dogs and find my forever family - as hopefully an only dog child. I promise, if you give me a little patience, we will be best buds in no time! And side note, did you see my picture? I am pretty dang cute, an added bonus!
