This beauty is Effie, and she is an 3 month old mix of something, Patterdale is the closest we can think of, and she weighs around 15 pounds now. We don’t expect her to get too big, but eventual size and weight are unknown. Effie and her brother are your typical puppies, who enjoy playing with each other and just hanging out until their new home is found!Effie and her brother are active and your typical active puppies, and if you live in an apartment or condo, their barking could be heard as they are not the quietest puppies!Effie is vetted for her age and working on crate and housetraining If you are interested in adopting Effie, please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt.***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet.
