Poor Harvey was tied up outside the shelter by his family that left a note stating “they are too busy to take care of him.” Harvey, an 8-year-old Hound / Terrier mix was with that family his whole life. He was loyal and good with their kids so he is heart broken to be abandoned. But Harvey deserves better and this sweet boy is looking for a new family that wants to enjoy him and play with him. Harvey is about 50lbs, potty trained and knows basic commands. He walks well on a leash and is friendly with other dogs. He is a gentle dog that acts half his age as he loves to playl!
