Hello, I'm Daigle the Dudley Labrador! You know, I ended up in this shelter because of a hilarious mix-up. I was so engrossed playing with a butterfly, I followed it all the way to the shelter's front door. I thought it was a new game! I'm a sweet, loyal, goofy, playful, and mellow chap who minds his manners. I've been known to sit patiently for my food and even fetch your slippers without a nibble. I may have followed a butterfly here, but I promise to follow you anywhere, with loyalty and lots of tail wags. Adopt me and let's make our own fun stories together!Adoption processLAPAW Rescue spays or neuters every animal, provides all shots, and vet checks every animal. Anyone interested in adopting must fill out an adoption application and be screened by an adoption coordinator. Home visits are required prior to adoptions. The home visit is to assure the safety of the animal and that the dog is a good match for the family.Shelter location20th anniversary event to be announced--stay tuned!!
