Great Pyrenees Mix Dog for Adoption in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, 08861 USNickname: George Posted Breed: Great Pyrenees / Mixed (medium coat). George is a gentle giant mixed breed who came into the shelter as a stray. Hard to believe no one is missing him given his large size! George is camera shy and would NOT look at the camera during his photo shoot so you really need to meet him to appreciate his size and handsomeness! George takes his treats gently and does appear to know some basic commands. He is also a smarty pants and can open his kennel gate so a secure yard would be necessary for his safety. All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
