These 4 of the 8 siblings were found abandoned without a mom in the mountains in Baja Sur Mexico and taken to the local rescue in an expat community to be cared for. Rompin Paws Rescue Partners with Stray Paws Loreto to help as we can take in the smaller breed dogs they rescue and find them Forever-loving families in the Pacific Northwest. All 4 of these puppies are up to date on their vaccines, dewormed, and fed human-grade dog food for their health. They are healthy and ready for their forever families. puppies need adult dogs to mentor them. we would like to see all 4 puppies go to homes that already have young adult small dogs that will be their guides, mentors, and BFF dog buddies. These puppies will likely be in the 15-18 pound range as adults. To the best of our ability sans a DNA test, they appear to be a Poodle and wire-haired Dachshund mix. They are the sweetest, most docile, yet intelligent puppies I have had in quite a while. They are super social and very outgoing. Whoever adopts one of these puppies and puts the time into positive reinforcement training is going to have an excellent companion. The pups have curly tails.
