It's with a heavy heart we need to rehome Maverick. He and Koda (another male dog) are getting into fights and one of them resulted in an emergency vet visit that required stitches. Maverick is a 1 year old male full bred Australian Sheperd, he is not papered. He is fully vaccinated and neutered. He is still very active, he loves the attention of the human masters. He is crate and room trained, but can have issues if you leave him alone with free reign of the house. We have a decent yard where he gets his exercise, but needs work with his leash training. He is working on it, but sometimes hops around like a deer. As you can see he is the sweetest boy, but thinking if someone can give him more attention than us and not having another alpha dog. He is fine with smaller dogs, though he may annoy them as he wants to play and they don't (well at least our small dogs, as they are older).
