Despite being an XL boy, Dallas is convinced he is, in fact, a lap dog. He loves being loved and cuddled! Laying on top of you, squeaky toys and casual walks are some of his favorite things. Dallas is a classic good boy. In his foster home he is house and crate-trained and friendly to all the different people he’s met! Sniffing on walks is super-important for his mental health, but he isn’t much of a hiker. He prefers to cuddle on the couch rather than work out. Dallas has not been introduced to kids and can be rambunctious when excited, so he may not be the best fit for small children due to his large size. His ideal home would be one without lots of loud shouting/noises because he’s not a fan of perceived conflict. A mildly active family who wants a giant lap dog, and one family member who is strong enough to safely walk him would be the best fit! He walks well on a leash, but can be determined to smell certain areas. His foster humans describe him as “easy-going and sweet!”Dallas is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative.
