He is great with all people, is leash trained (but does pull somewhat), is house broken and rides good in the car. He is not good with cats, and although he does okay with dogs at the dog park, he needs to be the only dog in the home. Harlow loves to play with squeaky balls and stuffed animals. He knows basic commands and is super smart. His previous owner said he can be a bit vocal so he may do best in a home with no shared walls like an apartment.
