This lovely silver and white girl is Blu. Blu is just 2 years old and weighs 21 lbs. Her house manners are excellent. She doesn't chew on furniture, she sleeps in her crate (although she loves snuggling under the covers in bed too), and she is well house-trained. She even knows how to use a speaker button when she wants to go outside. Blu hasn't seen much of the world beyond her home, so her socialization skills are minimal. New places and new people make her nervous, and she does have some separation anxiety. She hasn't been around other dogs very much either, but seems OK with most, and she loves to snuggle and play with the other dog in her home. Blu's energy level is moderate, but she LOVES to run! Her favorite game is tug-of-war, and she likes chew toys the best. Blu is rather rambunctious in play which can be overwhelming to little kids, so she should live in a home without young children. She loves scratches but doesn't necessarily like to be petted. She will snuggle beside her people in a chair or on the couch, but she jumps up in the blink of an eye if disturbed by a noise or movement. Blu would be OK as an only dog in a quiet home if someone is there most of the time, but she would also enjoy having a canine sibling to rough and tumble with.
