Meet Jake! Jakes birthday was May 4th 2023 and he is 33 pounds. If you have any interest in Jake, please fill out an adoption application ASAP! We are not exactly sure what Jake is mixed with but we do know his mom looked like corgi with maybe aridale terrier, or even german shepard. We do not expect Jake to get much bigger, maybe by just a few pounds. Jake is great in a crate and does pretty good with a leash but could use more help to make walks fun and exciting! Jake loves to hang out and lounge with his people but will never turn down a good zoomie run in the yard. He ignores the cat and has been friendly to all the doggie friends he has met. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
