Hi my name is Merlin. I am the absolutest bestest boy! While my exact breed mix remains a mystery, I bear some resemblance to a Labrador Retriever, but there are certainly more breeds in my family tree. I was born on Christmas, and Santa gifted me with some extra patience, bravery, and sweetness. Mamma may have helped with that too– she’s the best. I love wrestling and running around with all of the dogs in my foster home, and love every new dog I get to meet! Big or small, I know we will have a good time. Fun and silly are my favorite words! One time, my foster mom cleaned off the porch with the leaf blower. Mom thought I’d be afraid, but because I am inquisitive and fearless I stood in front of it with my mouth open and ears flapping in the breeze! It was a “blast”! I love hanging out with my foster family. I love to snuggle and always make sure I am exploring close by incase they call me for emergency snuggles. I will always come running! I am a quick learner and am already using the doggie door and am making big strides in potty training. My foster mom says I am an all-around delightful pup. I am ready for my forever home and excited to bring my goofy joy, snuggles, and blue puppy dog eyes! Please remember, training a puppy is an essential and rewarding process that helps foster a strong bond between you and your furry friend while establishing good behavior and habits.
