Meet Apollo! -He is in a Denver foster home - Black Lab/Pittie mix: 55 pounds - don’t let the facial hair fool you, hes a young 2-3 years old per the vet -amazing cuddler, he will let me hug him for hours!!! -highly food motivated, he will work on puzzles for hours just to get a few treats. -has destroyed literally nothing in our house. He is excellent at knowing he should only playing with his toys and bones. -very respectful of his sassy, bossy fur cattle dog sister. Slow intros are needed for him -fully potty trained. -is eager to learn! -he can be reactive to new people or dogs but After a few minutes he calms down. -has an awesome level of endurance. He does short 2.5 mile runs with his foster mom and has had zero issues with 9 mile walks! He would make an awesome hiking buddy! -just over all goofy and super happy! But he sure does know how to work his puppy dog eyes to get what he wants! -can’t quite figure out fetch, but he has figured out it’s a lot of fun to steal his foster sister’s ball and have her fall him all over the yard!If you have any questions or would like to adopt Apollo, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
