ADAM Beagle Adult Male

Adam came to Midwest BREW after being used as a breeder dog. He is a very sweet boy who is learning how to be a beloved pet. Adam is a bit shy around people and can be a little skittish, but his confidence grows every day! He is estimated to be around 4 years old and is low to medium energy. He loves playing chase with the other dogs but is then content to just lounge. He is currently 22 pounds and is working on gaining a little more weight.Adam is housetrained. He is crated when the humans are gone because he likes to find things to chewon. He also sleeps in a crate at night. He gets along very well with other dogs. He has learned "sit" and is now learning "lay down." He takes treats very gently. Adam has started to show a little bit of interest in toys. He has a classic beagle howl and likes to use it while watching out the window, but he is otherwise low-key. He rides well in the car. He has not been cat tested.Adam's ideal forever family will continue to show him patience and understanding. He would do best in a quiet home with a fenced yard.
