Happy Hal is approximately 1.5 years old and a lab mix. He is dog friendly and lives with a large breed dog in his foster home (he has not been around children or cats). Although he is people friendly, he is a little shy and will take a few minutes to "warm up". Once he knows you, he will be begging for pets and attention.He is potty trained and crate trained. He needs a little coaxing to get in the crate, but once he's in, he's good to go. He does well in the car and on leashed walks.He's been to dog friends restaurants and cafes and has been great. No issues with reactivity or anxiousness being in busy settings.He is low/medium energy. He loves to play with his foster brother and go on walks, but he is also content laying by your side while chewing on a bone. He loves chews and enrichment activities. He can get a little jumpy when he's excited, but he's working on his manners. He is perfectly fine being on his own and has not shown any signs of separation anxiety.He lives up to his name. He is such a happy and sweet boy. Please consider adding him to your family.
