Hi there! They call me Mad Max, but I didn’t come from beyond the Thunderdome, just from Kentucky. I am a Shepherd mix, I weigh about 50 lbs, and I spent most of my 1 1/2 years living outside in a fenced-in yard with little interaction from my people. I haven’t been many places so lots of things are new to me and a little scary. It took me a minute to trust my foster mom, but now I love to give her kisses and cuddle. She is showing me what living inside is like and I love it! So many comfortable places to lay down and lots of treats. And I am proud to say I am a Good Boy who always does his business outside, if you know what I mean.I am good with other dogs, although at first I growled a little at my foster mom’s male dog. We are now the best of friends and we wrestle and play. I liked the female dog right away - what can I say, I love the ladies - and she and I play ball and chase in the yard. My foster mom has taught me to like crates (they have comfy beds and treats!) and I don’t mind spending time in one when she leaves the house. I’m looking forward to finding my forever home with a patient person who will teach me more! In return I have lots of love and cuddles to offer!##1743067##
