Animal Profile: Meet Briscoe! He's an estimated 1-year-old, 37 lb neutered male mixed breed (possibly Kelpie or Shepherd). This friendly young pup came into the shelter as a stray. He does well with other dogs in the yard, as well as in close quarters in the kennel. He would do well in a home with another dog but could be okay as an only dog as well. He is friendly and affectionate with people. Foster Update: More info as we get to know him in foster care. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current core vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, health certificate, heartworm test, transport from California to Seattle. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization. Apply Online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org. Animal History: This dog was rescued from euthanasia at Tulare high-kill shelter in California and arrived to foster care in Seattle on Thurs 7/20.
