Sweet L. Wayne was found at the dog park in Waynesboro and was left there by himself. He is now looking for a place that he can call his forever home! Lieutenant Wayne came in with a lot of skin issues, but with some TLC, his skin has improved. He is a very sweet boy and is looking for a caretaker that will not leave him ever again. He needs some work on the leash, so a harness would be beneficial as he works on learning more manners. He has come a long way since coming in with the help of our volunteers and staff and is on a great path to walking politely! This hefty boy loves playing with squeaky toys and playing in the yard at his own pace. Wayne is a heavy sleeper and likes to do nothing more than curl up and take a good nap after spending all his energy! He does not do well with cats and has been hit-or-miss with other dogs; typically doing better with female dogs over males. Lieutenant Wayne is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
