Adopt Ruth a Tan/Yellow/Fawn - with White Hound (Unknown Type) / Labrador

I adopted Ruth about 6 months ago at an adoption event for puppies brought up to Washington from Texas. I immediately fell in love with Ruth and she fell in love with me. I’ve worked very hard on training her, and she knows now how to sit, spin, lay down, shake and is mostly potties trained with an occasional accident. Despite me training and using many methods to try to get her energy out, I do not believe she is meant to live in an apartment, and unfortunately I’ve received multiple noise complaints about her running around in the apartment, and about her barking when I run errands. We use a bark collar now while we are out of the house, but she manages to still make a lot of noise and I risk eviction a third time I get a complaint. She loves touch, and being close to you. With that comes a lot of jumping (I’ve worked with her on this but excitement over rules). She loves kids and other dogs but her excitement tends to be a bit much for them. She needs room to run and lots of love.
