·Intake Reason: Transfer from Alabama·Weight: 45 lbsKnown with: ·Cats: Cat friendly per previous shelter ·Dogs: Unknown ·Kids: Unknown ·Personality: Submissive and playfulHi, my name is Hunter; I am terribly sweet and looking for a family who will help train me and build my confidence. I am a youngster who does have a fair amount to learn, but with you by my side I know I can conquer the world. I love to get outside and explore but need some practice walking on a leash. I have not quite figured out the process and have a tendency to serpentine about and walk into you. Although you may think that I am well-travelled because I hopped aboard a transport from Alabama, there are many things that I still need to discover and experience. It would be wonderful if we could take some classes together to help me learn basic skills and also get out to meet new people and new pups and see new places. Since mastering new skills can help boost a guy's self-assuredness, perhaps we could take some classes in obedience and manners, canine sports like agility, get involved in rally or even keep my magnificent schnoz busy with nose work. Speaking of phenomenal smelling ability, it might be fun and entertaining to use a foraging mat during mealtime; that way my brain gets a challenge while I eat. I do have a bit more growing to do but I think I may always fit on your lap, at least part of me should fit. I do like to stay both physically and mentally active but enjoy quite times as well. Maybe you could give me a job or two so I can burn some of my energy and then we can have marathon snuggle sessions in the evening after a day filled with fun and recreation. I promise to be a devoted sidekick and will work hard to make you proud. I hope you stop by so we can get acquainted; I believe you will be smitten by my playfulness and charm.#1
