Sadie is a 5 year old, 40 pound, kelpie / lab mix. She is an amazing girl who will make a family complete. She gets along great with other dogs and adores the kids in her foster home. She is great with all people and makes friends easily. She is very outgoing and happy. She loves to go on walks and to go for rides in the car! She jumps right in and is ready to ride. She is house and crate trained. Her favorite things are taking walks and playing with the other dog in her foster home. She is an active girl and would love a fenced yard to run in or a family who will exercise her frequently. She is a good all around dog. She is not cat friendly. PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter. April 22, 2024, 5:48 amAdoption processOur adoption process starts with the applicant filling out an adoption application for the pet they are interested in. When they have completed and submitted the application, the screening process is started, which consists of a vet check, phone interview and home visit. Once all the steps are completed, we determine, by our findings, if they are approved, and if so, then they are allowed to adopt from our organization. The final step is they must complete the adoption contract, along with the donation for the animal, which goes into our medical fund to defray their medical costs. All of our animals are spayed and neutered, up to date on all their shots, including rabies, they are parasite free and on heartworm preventative.Shelter locationWe have weekly adoption events at PetsMart every Saturday from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm at the Eastgate Square Shopping Center, Rt. 38, Moorestown, NJ and PetsMart, 62 Centerton Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
