Meet Simba! This big soulful boy is a young purebred Aussiedoodle who was surrendered to us by someone whose living situation changed and who wanted to give him a better life. Simba is a typical doodle- friendly, active, loyal, loves playing fetch with tennis balls & getting in all the sniffs on walks. Simba is affectionate and hilariously thinks he’s a lap dog- it’s like having a sheep sit on you! He is very strong and will need an alpha adopter who can work with him on leash training, basic commands and keeping his jumping at bay. He is still a big puppy inside, so someone to tire him out at the park or beach and on long hikes would be perfect for him. Simba is potty trained and gets along with other dogs famously. He is down for cuddles once he knows and trusts you, and would be a loving family companion. He is great with children, but due to his size and strength, we might suggest older kids and dog savvy families. Whoever gets to adopt Simba has hit the jackpot!
