Mason is a very calm, happy puppy. He absolutely loves playing in the yard and can entertain himself outside for hours. He's also up for a good snuggle on the couch and would love to have a dog buddy to play with. He's working on potty training and since he loves to be outside, it’s going pretty well. At night he sleeps downstairs in an Xpen. He hasn’t yet had a chance to be around young kids, but his foster mom is sure he would do great. Mason is a great puppy, just waiting for his people to find him. Could that be you? Mason is estimated to be 11 weeks old and 11 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. Please check our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/ for confirmed attendance the morning of the event.Adoption processWe only adopt out animals to homes within 60 miles of the Twin Cities. Our adoption process begins with the return of our pre-adoption form, available on our website. After reviewing your application a meeting is scheduled between you and the pup, sometimes in the fosters home or at a neutral dog friendly place. If any resident dogs are in your home, it is recommended that the pups meet at this time. After the meeting a home visit is scheduled and if everything goes well with the visit the adoption is finalized at that time. A home visit by one of Safe Hands representatives is REQUIRED prior to finalizing any adoption and we must meet all members of the household where the pup will be living sometime during the adoption process.Shelter locationCome on out and meet all of our great adoptable pups!!
