Lucas is a beautiful blue Weimaraner who is believed to be around 2 years old. Lucas was found as a stray, incredibly underweight and with a very minor limp. X-rays showed that Lucas had broken his leg at least six months ago and did not receive treatment for the break - the bone healed on its own. He does have a slight limp at times, but he gets around just fine and does not seem to be bothered by it at all. True to his breed, Lucas has a lot of energy and the sweetest and goofiest personality. He is a total lover and loves to be near his people. He gets along great with his foster brother and sister and has been great with other dogs he has met. Lucas would be fine in a home with or without other dogs, what's most important to him is getting attention from his people. Lucas is still about 25lbs underweight, but what he lacks in weight he makes up for with love. Lucas needs a family that has experience with high energy breeds, and who will have the patience to work on training with him so he can be the best boy possible. Lucas is up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered soon. He is fostered in Sarasota, Florida and his adoption fee is $400.
