Hi my name is Liberty, I was rescued from south Texas. A good person called animal control to report excessive barking. When animal control responded they found me and my sister chained together. We had been chained since we were puppies. I unfortunantly had a severely embedded collar. Animal control took me to the vet to have emergency surgery to remove the chain. I am completely healed now! I love other dogs, toys, food, and freedom. I am great with kids too! I have learned how to use a dog door, it is so nice not being on a chain. I do not like collars or leashes though. I think it bring back bad memories. I am currently going through heartworm treament. I am looking for a family who will love me, for me. I will always have a scar from the chain, but I know in my heart the right family will look past that! Is that family you?##2040088##Adoption processAdoption Application response in 2-4 days
