Marlow is a gem! She is a petite 47 lb, 2 year old mixed breed female. She was saved from the overcrowded shelter in Modesto, CA, at the 11th hour. Marlow is doing great at her temp foster home in Berkeley. Marlow is sweet, gentle, and very intelligent. Very timid at first but when she warms us to you she becomes very affectionate. Marlow loves to go in long walks in the neighborhood. She doesn't seem to have a lot of leash experience but she is learning quickly. At home Marlow loves chewing bones and snoozing on a fluffy dog bed in the sunshine. Marlow doesn't express any reactivity towards other dogs, only curiosity. She is a petite girl with a big smile and she'll sit for treats! She would make a beautiful companion for an active person that loves the outdoors. You can imagine Marlow in an office laying under the desk while you type away, or on a camping trip hiking the PCT! She deserves someone who could love her take and her places. Adopting Marlow would be winning the dog lottery
