Adopt Jemma a Tan/Yellow/Fawn - with Black American Pit Bull Terrier / Mutt /

Jemma's owners abandoned her, and she has been under my care for the last couple of months. She used to have another dog companion that she played and wrestled with and I'm hoping she finds another doggy friend someday! She is extremely affectionate and loves to crawl into a lap/snuggle up in bed. She is part kangaroo, part jet plane. Her favorite game at the park is to chase every other dog. Jemma would thrive in an active household, but she really only needs one good run a day and some sturdy chew toys. She is house-trained and does great in the car. She is not crate trained, but she does really well in her large kennel (will provide if desired). She is a muscley wiggle-worm, so she could easily knock over small children when being overly affectionate. She has had limited interaction with our cats with no aggression, but she wants to chase! She knows a few commands, but has a hard time listening when there are distractions. She gets along great with other dogs.
