Shayna is the sweetest girl you will ever meet. She absolutely ADORES people of all ages and is very polite even as a big dog. She loves to go anywhere with you! She walks beautifully on a leash and thinks that car rides are the best thing. She would make an amazing therapy dog! She knows to sit and wait for her food at feeding time. She gets along with dogs and cats, is house trained and crate trained. She does have some separation anxiety when left alone for long periods of time. Our family has recently moved out to the country and have found that Shayna does not do well with livestock. She chases horses and hunts chickens. This behavior is only demonstrated with outdoor livestock. She will push under weak fences in order to get to chickens or other livestock. This is the only reason we are rehoming as it's been a constant battle keeping her contained with our fencing. She will be just fine in a traditional suburban home environment. She's just not cut out for country life.
