As long as a dog looks like what the owner says it is, CKC will register it as such, even if it isn't purebred. CKC dogs usually sell for less bcs it's prob a mutt. CKC is where backyard breeders go to register their dogs as a purebred when no one else will, bcs it's not really purebred. I suggest getting a non purebred dog from the kennel.
