I regretfully am having to sell my daughters dog due to him and my APBT constantly fight. He is a little over 2 years old. He is AKC registered. He is a very big boy probably around 170 pounds so you must have the room and finances to care for him properly. He must be an inside dog because he likes to roll around outside and tears himself up since he has sensitive skin. He rolled around on my carpet when he was a pup and rolled in Resolve and he lost a lot of hair on his face as well as kept scratching it until he bled so he has scars on his face from it but they are not really noticable. I also think he went at least partially blind in one eye from it having his eyes swelled shut for so long. He is UTD on everything, he will need his rabies within the next month but i do not have his records they got lost in the move. He is a big sweetheart. He absolutely loves kids and for the most part is gentle with them. Sometimes when he gets really excited he starts running and might knock them over. He is not neutered so once you pay for him that will be set up and done before you take him home. I would suggest him being in a home as only dog, with a femal, or a submissive male. He has never been around cats but he is a very gentle dog so i dont see a issue with that. He is potty trained and is fine to leave roaming the house while you are gone just leave some toys for him to play with. He does not do well being put in a crate. He does get cold outside during the winter so he has a sweater that comes with him. He also has a special collar that is padded and keeps the buckle off his neck, the ones with the buckle touching him have a thing about cutting into his neck. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old and he is very much a part of our family. I have been fighting with myself on keeping or selling him for about 6 months now. It will break my daughters heart to sell him. So with that being said yes i know he has a lot of life left but you must be willing to keep in contact about him and allow us to visit him every great once in a while. I will require vet refferences and a before and after home check. Please do not think about getting him for a gaurd dog because he absolutely loves meeting people and will allow them to walk right up in the yard so he can meet them. His name is Troubull that is what he is registered by and that is the name he knows so you wont be able to change it. He loves ropes and most of all tennis balls, but he is way too big for normal ones so you have to get one of the really big industrial grade ones. He plays fetch if he feels like it lol. He does get table scraps once in a while here but not all the time. He is a picky eater when it comes to dog food the ones that he will eat is purina dog chow or kibbles and bits. He know sit, lay down, and shake/paw. i am not in a hurry to place him so i will be very picky on where he goes. if i at all am uncomfortable with you or anything you will not be taking him. His fee is 1000.00 which is no where near the 3 grand i have tied up in him but it is enough to ensure he will go to resposible people and not someone that has the state of mind that he is "just a dog". he is a family member and should be treated as such because he deserves it. IF you are interested in meeting my boy please let me know and we can set something up.
