I have a chocolate Cockapoo for adoption. I got her when she was just a puppy, she is now 3yr old. I am looking for the perfect home for her as she has a personality trait that makes it difficult to live a happy life in our home. Birdie was an only puppy, I did not do my research on this subject well and was therefore surprised when she started acting aggressively toward my other dogs. Nothing like dog fights just growling and barking at them, alpha dog stuff. She doesn't enjoy socializing with the other dogs...a lone wolf kinda girl. However it makes her life very unhappy, she is always in trouble for being aggressive, she wants our attention solely and that just isn't how we live. All this to say she is a very sweet girl when she is alone, no other dogs. I am looking for a home that can provide her that. She is spayed, on heartworm meds, (which also covers fleas, etc..)(trifexis), house trained, she can sit, lay down, dance and roll over. I am asking an adoption fee to make sure she goes to the best home possible... She does have maintenance expenses, she needs to go to a groomer every 6-8weeks. She needs to be brushed daily.
