Dachshund Rescue NW since 1991 and over 800 dogs placed. We placed 90 in 2011 alone. We have some sweet, fixed, housebroke Dachshunds or wiener dogs in rescue:http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/drnw.html
Located near Spokane and we do not ship. Folks need to come meet The Herd and the dogs choose their new people. Email me for details.
See web site for details, photos, personality information and more. We do require a fenced yard and no kids under seven for this hunting dog breed. Most will hunt birds, cats and pocket pets. They are an active breed not couch pillows so no apartments please.

All our rescues are fixed before placement, up to date with shots and worming and pretained as well as guaranteed. We do adopt to all over the Pacfic Northwest. Our adoption fees run $150 to $200 usually.
