3 year old spayed mini Dachshund. Excellent Velco Pet ..she is just not cut out for the city farm life. She would rather be sitting cozy next to you while you watch TV. I have to find this doll a great home. She will follow you like a shadow. She is used to a mature over 50 owner and the quiet life. While she enjoys my 6 year old grandson, I would not recommend a steady diet of children. She is great as a watch dog at least to alert you. She is UTD on shots and is on heartworm and Flea and Tick. She has to sleep with you and NO CRATING..she has earned her freedom to roam while you are away. She is completely house broken and has a routine to assure that. You should be able to come home at lunch and or you are a stay at home person who craves a velcro companion. A fenced yard is a must as she loves being out doors exploring. Dachshunds are high prey so chasing birds, squirrels, rabbits, cats is absolutely normal and to be expected. I think she will do best with someone who is not project oriented as I am . she needs your utmost attention when you are around. Loves baths and is obedient and loving. No other dogs, no cats and no birds in the house or gerbils or rabbits or hamsters..she needs to be the only animal in the house. perfect companion for an elderly person.
