We are missing our beloved pet. We are looking for her. We believe she was stolen!

My brother's dog is missing,we think she was stolen, yesterday12/23/12 afternoon in Northeast Philly area, near Route 1(Roosevelt Blvd), Levick and Robbins...She is a pitbull mix, approx. 13yrs old, name is Max (Maxine). She has trouble walking and has arthritis and takes medicine daily. If anyone knows where she is or has seen her, please contact me ASAP!!!
