Schmooie also goes with a Contract with Right of First Refusal. * This means that if at any time in her life the new owner can no longer keep or care for Schmooie for any reason that we will take her back or help find her a new home. Deposit of $200 is required to hold her until she's ready for her new home. This is deducted from her placement fee of $500. We will NOT hold her without a deposit.
